Valerie Pierce is an experienced 4th-generation entrepreneur, HR consultant, and strategic people leader with more than 15 years of progressive experience designing and operationalizing human resources frameworks across regulated, matrixed, and growth-stage organizations.
Her professional background spans financial services, fintech, industrial engineering, technology, and public-sector enterprise environments. Valerie is frequently engaged by organizations seeking to establish or strengthen compliant HR infrastructure, align workforce performance to business objectives, or support organizational growth during periods of change. Her work is particularly effective in environments where policies, procedures, governance, and role clarity must be developed or recalibrated to support scale and accountability.
Valerie is the founder of the Performance Alignment Lab, a suite of workforce performance programs designed to help organizations translate strategy into measurable employee outcomes. Through the Lab, she delivers structured interventions that address role clarity, performance expectations, managerial capability, and workforce accountability.
She is based in Dallas, TX, and is a graduate of Central Michigan University.
